Our innovative tools help train your mind, body & muscles to prepare them for game readiness in ways that increase levels of success for athletes on and off the basketball court. Training covers footwork, ball handling, finishing, and the mechanics of shooting.
Using the I’M Possible Checklist Method, players work with Skill Specialists that help them stay on track their developmental journey.
To increase skill acquisition and mastery, athletes utilize proprietary training tools such as weighted medicine balls, tennis balls, rip cones, footwork mats, and optimized backboards that assist with holding them accountable.
With our instant feedback monitor system and a detailed breakdown of skill execution, players can visually learn & correct behaviors/patterns to achieve better results.

Elevate THREE Basketball Training, (E3BT) uses proprietary training tools designed to hold players accountable in a fun and challenging environment. Our skill specialists map out & prescribe a set of innovative teaching tools that systematically & surgically convert the weaknesses into actionable assets deployable during game situations.
WE OFFER MULTIPLE WAYS TO LEARN & TRAIN
E3BT Skill Lab provides a variety of ways for you to learn & train. Regardless of your skill level, we offer Customized Training Packages from beginner level to advanced level. You will gain the skills needed to transform you into a Complete Player. For more information please reference our basketball training schedule.
KIDS HAVE BIG DREAMS TOO
Teaching kids sound fundamentals of basketball helps them acquire and master the exact skills that any basketball player will need to ENJOY the game while realizing more successes on and off the court. Kids group training sessions can have up to 10 kids.
PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN
Personal training focuses on uncovering a player’s weaknesses and creating a Performance Improvement Plan that prescribes specific training to convert those weaknesses into strengths. Athletes train with 1 – 3 like skilled players .
COMPLETE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Targeted Training Methods, Check List Training, Instant Feedback, & Performance Improvement Plan all make up what we call Complete Player Development. We train athletes to become proficient at ball handling, footwork, coordination, and finishing.
FUN BUT CHALLENGING
Our Skill Lab provides a fun & safe environment for athletes to struggle through the Skill Acquisition Learning Process a step that prepares them to excel during games and life situations. Instant feedback delivery is done in a positive re-enforcement manner to increase the rate of skill acquisition.
INNOVATIVE BASKETABALL TRAINING
At Elevate Three Basketball Training, we use the Skill Enhancement Methodology to unlock your full potential by digging out your weaknesses and prescribing skill specific drills to turn the weaknesses into game strengths in a challenging and fun environment.
Training sessions range from personal, small groups as well as camps or clinics. Our Skill Specialists provide specialized instruction on basketball fundamentals with innovative Skill Specialist techniques.
Athletes will be using proprietary training tools such as weighted medicine balls, tennis balls, rip cones, footwork mats, and optimized backboards. In addition, they will visually learn and correct their movements with the aid of our instant feedback monitors.
OUR PROGRAMS
- Small Group Training is for grades 5 - 12.
- This is NOT personal training
- Athletes train a maximum of 3 days/week (see schedule)
- Training sessions are 1-hour workouts
- Membership automatically renews every 30 days.

- Athletes train a maximum of 2 days per week (see calendar)
- Training sessions are 45-minutes long
- Membership renews automatically every 30 days.
- Cancel anytime.
- This is Personal Training
- Athletes train with a group of 4 like skilled players
- Training Plans range around 8 workouts per month
- Access to 1 day/week of additional small group training
- Training Sessions are 1-hour long
- Membership renews automatically every 30 days.

- Personal training for groups or teams of 6-15 players.
- 75-minute workouts.
- All sessions are paid in advance.
