E3BT offers athletes of all ages distinct levels of basketball training based on skill level NOT necessarily on age. Skill lab provides a unique opportunity to learn new skills & work on your game.

SKILL BASED LEVELS OF TRAINING

Please NOTE that an athlete’s age is NOT a factor in our skill level descriptions, so groups may consist of athletes of different ages based on their skill level. Parents, we highly encourage you to seek feedback if you have questions about your child’s skill development or their placement level. We ask, however, that you respect our judgment regarding your athlete’s training level.

 

Using the proven I’M Possible Skill Enhancement Methodology, our Skill Specialists strategically identify and break down each athlete’s weaknesses — then prescribe innovative, results-driven development tools to transform those weaknesses into strengths.

This is not random training. It’s intentional, targeted skill engineering.

Athletes are grouped according to their current skill proficiency and ability to execute fundamental movements with consistency and confidence. This ensures every player is challenged appropriately while maximizing growth and development.

Through periodic evaluations, we track progress, measure improvement, and adjust group placement when necessary — ensuring athletes continue to advance as their skill level rises.

LITTLE DRIBBLERS

Starts @ $104/month (1 session/wk)

LITTLE DRIBBLERS PROGRAM – Small Group Training

Suggested AGE Level: 4 – 7 Yrs Old, Girls and Boys

The E3BT Little Dribblers Program is an early skills development experience designed for children ages 4–7 years who are new to the game. Our goal is to introduce young athletes to the fundamental movements and skills of basketball in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

The sessions are built around the use of innovative resources to develop dribbling, hand exchanges, retreats, passing, agility (footwork) & the mechanics of shooting the ball. Training sessions are limited to twice per week.

Suggested Skill Level:

Ideal for any athlete who is relatively new to basketball and looking to develop their recreational-level skills to a structured kids beginner level. Recreation & Beginner experience levels.

BEGINNER LEVEL

Starts @ $121/month (1 session/wk)
Mon – Fri (5 – 6 pm)

BEGINNER’S PROGRAM – (Small Group Training)

Suggested Grade Level: 7 – 13 Yrs Old, Girls and Boys

 Ideal for players new to the game and looking to build a strong foundation. It focuses on developing fundamental skills in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment.

Each session incorporates innovative drills designed to improve ball handling, hand exchanges, passing, shooting mechanics, rebounding, defensive movement, & overall footwork and agility. Training sessions are held twice per week to ensure consistent development.

Suggested Skill Level:

Suitable for athletes new to basketball or who have played recreational basketball for at least 1 year.

KIDS ADVANCED

Starts @ $130/month (1 session/wk)
Mon – Fri (5 – 6 pm)

Kids Advanced – Small Group Training

Suggested Grade Level: 7 – 10  Yrs Old, Girls and Boys

Designed for athletes with a strong basketball foundation who are ready to elevate their game. It builds upon core fundamentals while introducing advanced movement patterns, quicker decision-making, and a deeper understanding of the game — all within a structured, high-energy, and engaging training environment.

Sessions emphasize progressive skill development, including advanced ball handling, finishing through contact, precise passing and reads, consistent shooting mechanics, improved footwork and coordination, and enhanced basketball IQ with greater situational awareness. Training sessions are held twice per week to maintain intensity, focus, and continued growth.

Suggested Skill Level:

Designed for players with prior basketball experience who demonstrate solid fundamentals for their age — or those who have graduated from our Beginner Level and are hungry for more.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL

Starts @ $172/month (1 Session/wk)
Wed & Fri (6 – 7 pm)

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL – Small Group Training

Suggested Grade Level: Grades 13+ Yrs Old Girls and Boys

This level is NOT for beginners. Athletes at this level must be able to execute basketball skills, including the ability to develop a jump shot, make a layup, and dribble the ball with both hands. For the best experiences, athletes must have some background in playing organized basketball. This program is also beneficial to athletes that are planning to play on a travel team, or the school program. The game plan for players at the intermediate level is mastery of individual skills and game awareness. The primary focus is on the fundamentals – ball handling, shooting, passing, shooting, and footwork. Training sessions are done three times per week.

Suggested Skill Level:

Suitable for athletes that have played who have played for at least 3-5 years on a middle school travel team, or high school JV experience.

ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM

Starts @ $195/month (1 session/wk)
Mon & Thur (6 – 7 pm) OR Sat 11 – 12 pm OR Sun 2 -3 pm

ADVANCED PROGRAM – Small Group Training

Suggested Grade Level: Ages 13 + Girls and Boys

This level is not for beginners. Athletes must have completed the Intermediate Level and demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing their game. Participants typically aspire to play JV basketball, try out for school teams, or compete in a travel league.

Athletes at this level show mastery of individual fundamentals and a growing understanding of game application. The primary focus is on elevating performance through advanced skill development, including change-of-pace training, complex skill combinations, and enhanced coordination drills.

Designed to prepare athletes for our Elite Training Program by increasing intensity, accountability, and basketball IQ. Training sessions are held twice per week.

Suggested Skill Level:

Suitable for athletes who have played at a high level for at least 3-5 years on an AAU team, middle school high school JV or Varsity experience.
