SKILL BASED LEVELS OF TRAINING
Training sessions focus on skill acquisition, player development, and confidence building. They are available in both one-on-one and group settings, allowing athletes and families to choose the learning environment that best fits their goals and preferences.
Whether an athlete is just beginning their basketball journey or preparing for elite competition, E3BT provides a structured pathway for continuous growth and success.
BEGINNER TRAINING
Suggested Grade Level: 1st – 7th, Girls and Boys
This program is recommended for players who are new to the game. It is designed to help them learn sound game’s fundamental skills in a fun and exciting environment. The sessions are built around the use of innovative drills to develop rebounding, dribbling, passing, rebounding, agility (footwork) & the mechanics of shooting the ball. Training sessions are limited to twice per week.
Suggested Skill Level:
Suitable for athletes who have been playing for at least one year or less of basketball. Ideal for any athlete who is relatively new to basketball and looking to develop their beginner-level skills to advance to the intermediate level. Recreation & Beginner experience levels.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING – INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
Suggested Grade Level: Grades 5th – 10th Girls and Boys
This level is NOT for beginners. Athletes at this level must be able to execute basketball skills including the ability to develop a jump shot, making a layup, and dribbling the ball with both hands. For the best experiences, athletes must have some background in playing organized basketball. This program is also beneficial to athletes that are planning to play on a travel team, or the school program. The game plan for players at the intermediate level is mastery of individual skills and game awareness. The primary focus is on the fundamentals – ball handling, shooting, passing, shooting, and footwork. Training sessions are done three times per week.
Suggested Skill Level:
Suitable for athletes that have played who have played for at least 3-5 years on a middle school travel team, or high school JV experience.
INTERMEDIATE – ADVANCED TRAINING LEVEL
Suggested Grade Level: Grades 2nd – 6th Girls and Boys
This level is NOT for beginners. Athletes at this level must have graduated from the beginner level class and aspire to play JV, try out for school ball, or play for a travel league. Athletes at this level demonstrate a mastery of individual skills and game enhancement. The primary focus of this level is to elevate their game by introducing more complex drills that involve change of pace, skill work, and coordination. This program helps them prepare for our elite personal training program. Training sessions are 2 times per week with a complimentary small group session. Each session includes a range of 6-7 athletes.
Suggested Skill Level:
The intermediate personal level is for kids aged 7- 12 years old who aspire to play at a higher level. However, there can be instances where skill level can trump their age range.
ADVANCED LEVEL
Suggested Grade Level: Grades 7th – 12th Girls and Boys
The advanced training program is highly recommended for players who not only are committed to but also have and demonstrate the desire to play at a high level. The training sessions are rigorous and extremely challenging both mentally and physically. Athletes will be pushed to their limits to accomplish their desired goals of playing highly competitive basketball whether for their Varsity program or AAU team. Training sessions are high-paced and are intended to simulate the physicality and fast pace of the game. Training sessions are restricted to three, (3) per week.
Suggested Skill Level:
Suitable for athletes that have experienced playing basketball for at least 3-5 years on a middle school, travel team, high school JV, or varsity experience.
