E3BT LOW POST CAMP (TBD)

The E3BT Post Moves Camp teaches athletes sound traits and techniques for becoming a dominant force in the paint, whether facing off against same-sized or bigger defenders. Emphasis is on footwork, chinning the ball, peripheral vision, creating space, and outpowering defenders.
E3BT Skill Specialists will improve your shooting form, footwork, and elite finishing. The exclusive focus on shooting will quickly improve confidence. This Academy is limited to 12 athletes.

What’s Covered:

  • Build & Develop Low Post Mindset.
  • ​​Increase Shooting Accuracy Off the Catch, dribble, screens, and spots and in transition
  • ​​​Improve Footwork
  • Video Breakdown of Athlete’s Footwork

E3BT LOCKDOWN DEFENSIVE CAMP (TBD)

This dedicated defensive academy is designed to help athletes develop into a defensive machine that forces offensive players must worry about.

This camp develops traits and techniques to become consistently a better defender whether you’re guarding on ball or off the ball. Players will learn the secrets to becoming an aggressive on and off the ball defender as well as learning to play in the gaps of the offense.

E3BT POINT GUARD CAMP (TBD)

 

This is a dedicated skill development camp. It is great for athletes who want to work on advancing their skills in a fun and challenging format. The training is innovative and will push athletes outside their comfort zone, where we can guarantee maximum touches and hands-on instruction. It is limited to 15 athletes.

  • Footwork using footwork training system
  • Dribbling, Finishing, Shooting
  • Athletic Performance exercises
  • Video breakdown of shooting, skill, footwork for athletes
  • Game Enhancement with 3×3

E3BT  MIDDLE SCHOOL SKILL DEVELOPMENT (TBD)

Targeted to middle school athletes to teach and educate them on how to pass, cut, finish, and use picks to contribute to any offense! Athletes will learn that THE GAME IS NOT ALWAYS ABOUT SHOOTING AND SCORING. It’s also about moving without the ball. Having a better game IQ will pay dividends as they are exposed to different teams and offenses. This clinic will cover instruction that includes:

Pick & Roll: We’ll provide film breakdown analysis to learn how to execute certain picks and reads and make decisions on the basketball floor. In addition to hands-on work that covers:

  • create separation between themselves and the on-ball defender.
  • explosion techniques and proper angles towards the position of the screen.
  • screen and make contact when setting the screen.
  • read the defense and use the screen.
Movement: Understand that after you pass the ball, you can move and continue to be a scoring threat and help your team get a good shot. Athletes learn the critical components of basketball IQ required to become a great offensive player from an individual and team aspect.

E3BT PLAYMAKER’S ACADEMY – HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS (TBD)

Athletes learn the critical components of basketball IQ required to become a great offensive player from an individual and team aspect. This academy will aim to train the mind of players to make faster decisions within the practice environment.

What’s Covered:

  • Film breakdown: video breakdown analysis to learn how to execute certain skills and make decisions on the basketball floor
  • Pick and roll scenarios
  • Improve the ability to think and act in decisive ways
  • Develop a confident attacking mindset
  • Pass against pressure, how to read the defense and find the open player

When: TBD
Ideal For: Boys and girls, between grades 8-12. This is NOT for beginners. This is for intermediate to advanced guards, wing, or post players looking to be placed in a high-intensity environment with competitive drills. Athletes that already possess foundational skills and are looking to take their game to the next level.
