At E3BT, we use the Skill Enhancement Methodology to transform weaknesses into game-changing strengths with customized drills in a challenging yet fun environment.
Our training sessions—ranging from personal to small groups, camps, and clinics—deliver specialized instruction on basketball fundamentals using innovative techniques from our Skill Specialists
Athletes train with proprietary tools—including weighted medicine balls, tennis balls, rip cones, footwork mats, and optimized backboards—while using instant feedback monitors to visually analyze and correct their movements.
Athletes should bring workout gear, a water bottle, and most importantly, a POSITIVE work ethic. Come ready to learn new skills, embrace challenges, and have FUN along the way!
