Elevate THREE Basketball Training, (E3BT) is Powered by I’m Possible Training and we are located at Michigan & West 96th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
We teach high-level basketball skill development by breaking down footwork, body positioning, ball handling, and shooting mechanics with intensity, speed, and repetition to help athletes become better players.
Skill acquisition & mastery are reinforced by instant feedback and a detailed breakdown of skill execution for players to visualize & correct behaviors.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Elevate Three Basketball Training uses the Skill Enhancement Methodology to unlock your full potential by digging out your weaknesses and prescribing skill-specific drills to turn the weaknesses into game strengths in a challenging and fun environment.
Training sessions range from personal to small groups to camps or clinics. Our Skill Specialists provide specialized instruction on basketball fundamentals with innovative techniques.
Athletes will use proprietary training tools such as weighted medicine balls, tennis balls, rip cones, footwork mats, and optimized backboards. In addition, they will visually learn and correct their movements with the aid of our instant feedback monitors.
WHAT TO BRING
Athletes must bring a water bottle, appropriate workout gear, a notebook, and a POSITIVE work ethic to our training sessions. Come ready to learn new skills and get challenged at the same time. It will be FUN!!
