Schedule Your Training

Below is Elevate Three Basketball Training’s weekly scheduling form. This form includes our kid’s program, intermediate personal, small group, and advanced schedules. Please sign up before the beginning of every week, preferably Sunday. We ask that you arrive a few minutes prior to class to change your shoes and clothes.

E3BT’s Skill Lab Schedule is subject to change at different times of the year according to the basketball season, demand, and holidays. Any changes will be made to the form and communicated to athletes and/or parents.

E3BT VERTIMAX SCHEDULING 

Below is the Elevate Three Basketball Training Vertimax scheduling form. Our Vertimax program is encouraged for all of our athletes. For our athletes below the age of 13, the session including Vertimax will use less resistance training and focus on more repetitions using Vertimax. For our more advanced athletes, they will focus on more resistance training as well as repetitions.
