Personal Training consists of small groups of like skilled athletes. Using the proven I’M Possible Skill Enhancement Methodology, our skill specialist surgically digs out athletes’ weaknesses and prescribe innovative developmental tools to convert them into strengths.

COMPLETE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Personal training focuses on an individual’s weaknesses. For increased skill adoption and more effective reps, our sessions may include an additional 1 – 3 players.

PERFORMANCE ACTION PLAN

Identifying a player’s weaknesses helps develop a Performance Improvement Plan, (PIP) designed to increase a player’s opportunities to thrive in a game environment.
